Alyssa Tucker
After 17 years at 4Kids Entertainment/4sight, Alyssa served as a SVP, Marketing & Licensing and oversaw the North American licensing sales team for all of the company’s properties and brands. She established broad retail programs and implemented strategic sales plans for 4kidsTV and their on-line sales division. She developed strategic programs for highly successful brands including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Nintendo and AKC, etc. Alyssa has taken unknown brands and built them into multi-million dollar merchandising programs. Additionally, at 4 Kids, Alyssa was a key member of the new client acquisitions team that was responsible for recognizing new trends and properties.

Roxsanna Mobley
Roxsanna Mobley has one of the most diverse, well-rounded backgrounds in the licensing industry. She has been a key member of consumer products teams at entertainment studios, talent management agencies, music merchandisers, gift, toy and apparel manufacturers. She developed strategies and executing licensing programs for world renowned brands including Power Rangers, Star Trek, DC Comics, Beyblade, and Strawberry Shortcake. She was a pioneer in the “boy band’ genre, developing strategic programs for Backstreet Boys and NSYNC. Roxsanna’s experience in brand acquisitions has been instrumental in building profitable licensing portfolios for manufacturers that include Welch’s, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Tootsie Roll, Nicole Miller, DC Comics and more.

Jackie Demby
With over 14 years of experience in licensing, product development, and brand management, Jackie is a true brand enthusiast. Having worked both in-house for large organizations as well as on the agency side, she has an enhanced perspective of brand integrity. She has developed strategies for, launched, and managed products in a variety of categories including apparel and accessories, footwear, food & beverage, home fragrance as well as pet products. She has also worked with manufacturers to help identify and secure brands that have enabled substantial incremental growth in existing product categories as well as new product lines.
Some of the brands that she has worked on include Van Heusen, Arrow, Geoffrey Beene, American Kennel Club, Real Tree, Weight Watchers, Sriracha, Tabasco, as well as a variety of entertainment properties including Pusheen, Wild Kratts, Animal Jam, One Punch Man, Mister Rogers, and multiple properties across various TV and film studios and gaming platforms.
